Yes, throughout the event, students will be able to meet with attorneys, advisers, and speakers to go over their personal estate plan and draft a strategy to maximize tax reduction, wealth creation, and estate planning. Signup sheets for these consultations will be available beginning during the first-morning break of the Summit.

Yes, in fact, we invite students to bring the key people into their lives. Students have often attended the summit and wished they had brought their spouse, children, business partners, accountants, or attorneys with them. Please register all guests at least one week prior to the Summit to guarantee guests a seat, handouts, and a student manual.
We try to select venues with convenient access to airports, freeways, and food options. We negotiate aggressively to find competitive and affordable sleeping rooms. Most Summit venues have also been adjacent to activities and attractions. Specific hotel, discounted room rates, and other event-specific details will be e-mailed to students after they register for the event.
The dress code is business casual. Because most Summits are conducted in hotel ballrooms, the air conditioning may make it uncomfortable for some guests. We recommend students bring a sweater or light jacket.
Attendance varies upon location but averages about 150-200 students. This size classroom allows for good group interaction as well as private consults. We’ve found it to be the best way to teach effectively and still answer individual questions. The seating for the workshop will be classroom-style.
Protect Wealth Academy will provide coffee, juice & tea during the morning with cookies and drinks in the afternoon. We do our best to choose venue hotels that have multiple for-purchase food options during the Summit. Students are always welcome to bring their own lunches, snacks, and drinks.
We love kids and want them to learn these important financial principles. But as much as we love them, we do not recommend this event for children under ten (10). Minors must be registered for the event and accompanied by a parent or legal Guardian.
No, although it is encouraged. Our company books ballroom space months (and sometimes years) in advance. Although we negotiate the best sleeping room rates at the time, students often find cheaper rates at competing hotels closer to the date of the event. Remember, traveling across town may not be worth the extra few dollars saved by staying at the venue hotel with the staff and speakers.
Generally, yes. Professionals like doctors, dentists, attorneys, CPAs, etc. are required to continue their education and provide proof to their licensing board on a regular basis. Protect Wealth Academy does not work with each licensing board throughout the nation; however, most licensed professionals can still qualify for CE credit. The legal and tax information provided at the Summit can apply to almost any business in the nation. A Certificate of Attendance can be provided for any student attending the Summit.
No, leave your legal documents and home-study materials at home. Staff members and even attorneys cannot review or create legal documents at the summit. The workshop is designed to teach general principles, not to do legal work. Although students may engage the services of professionals they meet at the summit, any work will be done in the weeks and months following, and only after student information is reviewed, state and local laws are checked, and local professionals are engaged when necessary.
No, recording or streaming of the event is prohibited. Staff members may record portions of the event for promotional purposes. Many presentations are available on our YouTube® channel; however, full Summit recordings are not currently available.
Yes, we love when students post photos of themselves with our speakers and their guests at the summit. Many of the Speaker’s PowerPoint® presentations are included in the printed manual each student will receive. A few of the Speaker’s presentations are copyrighted and therefore, should not be photographed. Attendees can reasonably expect to be photographed at random. A standard image release is part of the registration process.
